Contact us

Write to us if something has gone wrong with an order, a bid or your account — a lot that has not arrived, a bid that was taken when you did not expect it, or anything about the account itself.

Tell us the email address your account uses and the order or auction it is about, and we will have what we need to look into it without writing back to ask.
